In this pole construction approach, public partners have relied on a consulting firm, in charge of a comparative diagnosis of the division, from the accompaniment to the implementation of the project, and of definition of the strategy.
The PEAR has been baptised at the first assizes in Arras October 8th, 2009.

Tereos, former Beghin-Say
Formerly one of the most important French sugar refineries, the company was acquired by the Beguin-Say group, today Tereos.

Indeed it was furnished by numerous râperies (rasp centres), connected between themselves by an underground conduit. Still in service, it is the only sugar refinery of the North department.
Tereos is a co-operative agro-industrial group gathering together 12000 French farmers, associated co-workers sharing the same values of solidarity, equity and responsibility to value their agricultural productions.
